Policies

Tabletasticon policies aim to ensure that

all attendees have a fantastically good time.​

All attendees must follow the policies mentioned below and anywhere else within the Tabletasticon information. Attendees must also adhere to any policies provided by the convention venue. Ticket usage confirms agreement to all policies.

Attendees must visibly wear their ID Badge while in the game room.

​​

​Tabletasticon has a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate or unwelcome behaviour, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, violence, threats, exclusivity, disrespect, vandalism, and theft. The zero-tolerance policy includes behaviour towards all attendees, coordinators, and venue staff and guests. Anyone displaying unacceptable behaviour forfeits their ticket and will be removed from the convention. Removal from a convention may lead to a permanent ban from all future Tabletasticon conventions.

Tabletasticon is a fragrance and scent-free zone; refrain from using heavy perfumes, colognes, or similar type products that may cause issues for people with sensitivities or allergies to such items.

​​No pets are permitted, except official service animals.

 

Attendees must obtain permission before including other attendees in a picture or video.

Attendees may eat or drink at the gaming tables, but must clean up after themselves and must be respectful of the games and other attendees.

Attendees must use table space as efficiently as possible for a group setting: place additional games on the floor close to your person or around the room's perimeter, do not leave games set up but unattended for an extended period of time, and refrain from using more than half a table for a solo game or using more than one table for a game with less than 5 players.

​Attendees may leave their games in the room at their own risk. The rooms will be locked at night, but Tabletasticon and the venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

​Attendees are encouraged to contact the convention coordinators with any questions or concerns. The coordinators will be playing games during the convention, but feel free to speak with them at anytime. ​​​​​​​​​​
