Registration

Each ticket includes:

full event access (single day tickets are not available) 

parking

coffee, tea, and water​​

door prize draw entry

​​​​$40 per ticket until December 31/25

$50 per ticket as of January 1/26

Tickets will not be available at the door.

Ticket holder must be at least 14 years old. Any attendee between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times.

​All ticket holders must follow the Tabletasticon policies.

To purchase a ticket, please complete the ticket request form below. We will respond with your ticket number(s) and the e-Transfer detail within a couple hours, so please check your spam folder if you don't see it. You will have 24 hours after we reply to send payment. Payment is required to secure your ticket(s). If you do not have a Canadian bank account to send an e-Transfer, please let us know so we can discuss alternate payment options.

If tickets are sold out and you'd like to be put on the waiting list, please complete the ticket request form below. We will respond within a couple hours with a waiting list confirmation.

Tickets are refundable until December 31/25. As of January 1/26, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person at the original purchase price. You may contact us to see if anyone is on the ticket waiting list or handle the transfer privately.  If handled privately, you must let us know your name and the ticket request information for the new ticket holder. For a transfer to be valid, both parties must obtain a transfer confirmation email from us.

Draw prize winner(s) will be selected and announced during the event. The winning ticket holder(s) must claim their prize by the end of the event, or they forfeit the prize. A third party may claim the prize on behalf of the ticket holder, but notification of pick up permission must be received by the coordinators prior to the pick up.
